In 2021 after a lifetime of voting, Keith decided to get further involved in the political process. Elected as a District 33 Precinct Committeeman in 2021, Keith spent a year getting further involved and discussing what was important to his district. In January of 2022 Keith announced his candidacy for D33 Senate, and in February, received the District endorsement.
Keith firmly stands upon the NDGOP Platform, and if elected, will defend our values throughout the state. As a farmer and small business owner, Keith understands the importance of personal responsibility, believing that is best accomplished when personal property rights are protected. Keith’s 40+ years of work in the coal industry makes him uniquely skilled to understand the relationship between energy production companies and the state. He supports smart solutions to producing reliable energy within our great state.
In line with our recent Resolution, Keith strongly supports the right of parents as the primary stakeholder in all areas of their children's lives. Keith took part, with many others, in the pro-life advocacy work done in the late 80s, resulting in the closure of the Jamestown abortion facility. A testament to his commitment to protecting life at all stages, if elected, Keith will bring that passion to the ND Senate as a champion for the unborn.
Join us in supporting Keith at the June 14th election, as conservative leaders continue to step up and be champions for the future of our prosperous state.
