Carter Eisinger for District 11 House
Carter has lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area for 16 years and is an active member of his community through his university, church, and professional circles. In December, he will graduate from NDSU with bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
In 2021, concerned by the Covid mandates, he successfully ran for the NDSU Student Senate and coordinated a medical freedom rally, attracting media attention across the metro. After the rally, he continued to invest in Student Government, vice chairing the campus media oversight board, managing a campaign for a conservative NDSU presidential ticket, and evaluating spending bills. He also served as chairman of a student leadership team during his engineering internship in Fargo.
Carter's convictions, which he applies both in Student Government and in everyday life, are informed by his faith, belief in limited government, and his steadfast commitment to upholding Constitutional rights.
While District 11 has a strong Republican presence, they haven’t been represented in the ND House or Senate by a Republican since 1995. Carter has stepped up and is running to change this, desiring to give a voice to the conservatives of Fargo.
Please join us in giving Carter your support this November, to bring a conservative voice from Fargo to our North Dakota State House.

We are excited for the future as Young Republicans continue to have a voice in our great state.
Until next time,
